Orçun Güven holds the position of Sales and Promena Services Director at Zer A.Ş. which is the central procurement company of Koç Holding in Turkey. In his current position, his primary responsibility is maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers across a wide selection of companies and industries in fields of BPO and Promena Services. He has held the position of Promena Strategic Sourcing Services Director since 2018 and currently working at Zer A.Ş. since 2007. Orçun is an Executive MBA alumnus of Koç University Istanbul and holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Marmara University Istanbul.

Özge leads the Product Management team, which works in line with the vision of being a constantly evolving product based on customer needs, and the Customer Management team, which serves with the aim of maximizing customer experience. She has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University Istanbul and has worked for Promena for over 10 years.


 

Gülşah leads pre-sales and sales activities of Promena for both local and global markets. This involves managing a diverse customer portfolio of more than 150 global customers. Gülşah has helped Promena remain the leading player in the Turkish market and has increased its global footprint around the world. She earned BA in Economics and has worked for Promena since 2015.

Volkan leads the Account Management Team which executes more that 12,500 managed service sourcing events with more than $1 Billion transaction volume annually. In addition, he carries the responsibility for e-procurement and marketplace operations. He earned a BA in Statistics from 9 Eylül University İzmir and has worked for Promena over 10 years. 

Mustafa leads International and Project Development activities of Promena for both local and global markets. He plays a key role in driving international development projects and ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards. Mustafa manages projects of considerable cost and technical complexity, ensuring that the projects are implemented in line with company policies and procedures, within internal targets, and in compliance with the client contracts and regulations. He earned a BA in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has worked for Promena over 4 years.

İrem is leading Product Management with more than 150 customers around the globe, she orchestrates customer satisfaction and works to provide competitive features to enhance the value proposition to our customers. İrem, who has been working at Promena since 2015, graduated from Istanbul University.
